Will this outlive its predecessor from the CTRL C+V?

This is not a clone of a Tier S game, but simply a better version and one that has the masses' appeal on their side. Immortal Awakening is not your average copy-paste MMORPG. It follows the format of top-tier games of the same genre with a twist of its developer’s roots. I see this as a melting pot of the recent MMORPG and GACHA boom and it is kind of fun to play with actually.
I played the game for more than 3 hours straight (that is the maximum time my phone allows me to do). I reached a decent level of 90+ on the full run and played every event possible. There are around 5 selectable characters. Only one character will receive a one-time reward per and I chose Demon Hunter because she is pretty and I like hitting baddies from afar. The game starts with tutorials, and everything can be done automatically, dungeons, quests, side quests, and even weapon and skill upgrades with just a click of a button.
I should mention that there are items and BR upgrades that are hidden by a huge paywall but do not lose hope, everything behind the paywall is easily gained through grinding. The in-app purchases are not so bad and limited so that deep pockets cannot get out pocket their own. I love how there are no ads at all, but the chat text on the screen during cutscenes is pretty annoying.
I could have played this game longer but alas, I know my weakness and limits with MMORPG, I never lasted a year in this genre. I just play with the hype and friends and when “deep pockets” are running the game already, I simply vanish and move on to the next one. I love playing the game, the visuals, monsters, and the simplicity of auto-path and auto-battle, but this is not “playing a game” for me.
