PAYDAY 3 has officially launched on September 21st, however in just less than a day, the game has received tons of negative reviews on Steam. Currently there are only about 40% positive reviews out of eight thousand reviews.
Back ten years ago, Steam was more like a Dota 2 and CS: GO launcher in 2013. Suddenly, a special bank-robbing game stood out to gamers. Players take on the role of villains in teams of four, doing everything from robbing stores to banks. PAYDAY 2 was officially released on Steam in August 2013 and sold more than 1 million copies in just one month, making it a phenomenal game of the year. It is said that Payday2's player count had peaked at 18 million, even beating Warframe. After its release, PAYDAY 2 has been making money like crazy, with a total of 81 DLCs released so far.
Will there come a PAYDAY 3? Probably even game developer Starbreeze didn't know where they were going to end up at the time. Speaking about the past of the PAYDAY series, there are actually two companies behind it - Starbreeze and Overkill.The game's first generation, PAYDAY: The Heist, was developed by Overkill, while the second generation came after Overkill was acquired by Starbreeze. PAYDAY:The Heist's character was modeled by the Boss himself, probably because he was so poor that time. The character Wolf's face model and voice is made by Ulf Andersson, one of the founders of Overkill. Without the success of Payday2, we would never have seen PayDay3 today.
Three months ago, PayDay 3 announced the Gameplay Trailer. Whether you're a fan of the PayDay series or a new player hearing about the game for the first time, players were beyond excited and cheered in anticipation of the game.
However, the game disappointed most people. Bad server issues seriously affected the player experience, and after waiting tens of minutes it may not even be possible to play a single match. When you meet nice teammates, you don't even have a way to add friends. The forced internet connection causes you to have to be online the entire time in order to play the single player mode. These are real and pain from players.
At this stage I would strongly recommend NOT buying this game.
Legends never die, but can we still consider PayDay a legend?

I just really hate the fact that my irl gaming friends wanting this game for so long since we are regular payday 2 players. then because we live in Indonesia the SERVER SUCKS!, it always above 200ms and sometimes it's bad enough that everybody is kicked from the match

No, just No... don't even buy it. Game it, play other titles after if you actually are willing to play this garbage. it's like a cell game, made for PC and console with some older programming and graphics. It's trash... just trash.
