The BASIC CONTROL SCHEME makes this game a lot easier to play. It's very hard to win relying on your racing skills alone, so the DRIFTING CONTROL scheme, in the beginning actually hurts the players. It feels like you're trying very hard, but getting nowhere. The overall effect makes you feel like your moving slower.
On some maps, the developer also changed the BOOST START controls to were you don't have to hold the button. It looks really weird, like the game is slow & glitched or something, but the game is actually fine. I think that was unnecessary with the BASIC CONTROL SCHEME.
OVERALL, this would be a perfect game if there were only one BASIC CONTROL SCHEME with the LEFT and RIGHT arrows.
