Gameplay
This is arguably the best bullet hell game out there that you can play, bar none. It's very simple but within that simplicity lies a gem of a game with a strong core gameplay, a pleasant ambience, unique art style and an alluring gameplay loop that will keep you coming back for more.
I've tinkered with quite a few mobile games of the same genre and imho they just don't hold a candle to magic survival. The wide variety of power ups, items and magic combinations are just too fun to mess with. Although there will always be a meta depending on the patch, you can still get good results with lesser used combinations.
That's another good thing about this game, it still recieves updates every now and then which shake up the meta and bring new combinations to the table. Said updates don't come frequently but when they do they're always sizeable, introducing a lot of new content and causing major shifts in gameplay.
Overall a near flawless game to me, if you're looking for a mindless and fun bullet hell game this one is it.
