This game was actually great. And I know that might sound like some kind of fever dream hallucination considering how mobile shooters usually play, but I’m dead serious. It was shaping up to be something special. It wasn’t some shameless cash grab, it wasn’t another one of those "auto-shooting, aim-assisted, baby’s first FPS" type of games—it was actually Battlefield. Explosions, destruction, team-based chaos, all packed into a mobile game that somehow didn’t feel like complete and utter dogwater. That’s rare. That’s like finding a unicorn in your backyard mowing your lawn. And you just decided to snap its neck and throw it in the dumpster like it was nothing.
And I get it, maybe there were issues. Maybe it wasn’t making the kind of money you wanted. Maybe you looked at it and said, “Wow, this is actually fun. Let’s kill it before people get attached.” I don’t know. But what I do know is that the world needs more games like this. Not less. You had something that could’ve been built into an absolute mobile juggernaut, and instead, you just pulled the plug like a supervillain watching a city burn.
So here’s my plea, my desperate cry into the void—bring it back. Give Battlefield Mobile another shot. I know you’ve got the resources. I know you’ve got the means. And I know deep down in whatever shriveled-up, boardroom-infested, monetization-obsessed heart is left in your company, you can feel it too. This game deserved better.

I also used to play it. I completely understand the optimizations issue but I wasn't there for it, I was there for the gameplay. Just like Warzone Mobile, optimization sucks ass but I stayed for the gameplay (I can't now that it's blocked for me) Eventually EA is very well known for locking contents but thank god the Battlefield franchise isn't like that. I wouldn't be surprised if Battlefield mobile is paid if released again, the devs worked hard to make it happen. It's really sad to see the devs go. IndustrIal Toys got shut down because EA said so, reasons no given is really sad. Here's what the most up-voted comment on Reddit as to why Publishers shutdown studios instead of selling them to other parties: "My suspicion (and this might be completely wrong) is to keep the IPs under their control and keep making money from games that were already released via digital sales" *sigh* I really wish it'll come back.

the game wasnt that bad lol. the game was pre alpha. but yeah the needed to focus then on bf2042 and go all in on bf6 and labs now. lets hope the dont kill the francise.
