Underground Rivals 2 OpenWorld – Game Review

Translate
Underground Rivals 2 OpenWorld is a mobile racing game created by Raptor Interactive & Trinity Games that jockeys players against each other on open-world racing courses. It includes customizable cars, street races at high speeds, and tries to throw in the flavor of an urban underground racing atmosphere trying to re-create that Need for Speed experience on mobile devices.
Gameplay & Features
An open-world racing game that has been semi-opened; people can take the cars into the streets and speed race and jack up their vehicles. Here are some of the main characteristics of the game:
Open World Racing - Unlike linear racing games, Underground Rivals 2 lets players explore and roam the map while taking part in different racing challenges.
Customization Features- Modifying the car in different paint jobs, spoilers, and decals are some of the ways players can upgrade their cars, and "wing effects," as shown in the promotional materials of the game.
Nitro Boost and Drifting- The game has drift and nitrous boosts that add fun to the game as you compete in the races.
Multiple Modes of Racing- Drag races, street circuits, or high-speed police chases-the game promises to bring them all to you.
Benefits and Disadvantages
✅ Advantages
✅ Open World Exploration- The game offers open-world exploration, which lets you roam free, unlike many traditional racing games that only restrict you to certain tracks.
✅The customization of your Car- With paint, decals, and other visual modifications, players can personalize a car into one that fits their personality.
✅ Drift & Nitro Mechanics- Drifting around corners and boosting at the right moment adds a pinch of arcade-style thrill to the gameplay.
✅ Good Graphics for a Small Size - The small size of 195 MB allows decent car models and effects, but obviously nothing comparable to bigger budget racing games.
✅Easy to Pick up & Play- The controls make the game accessible for players who just want a short racing boost.
Cons:
❌Cockamamie Overall Rating (4.8/10) - Only 21 ratings and below-average rating have disappointed the players regarding the game.
❌Controls are Clunky- According to some s, no response from the steering while drifting makes driving comparatively less enjoyable.
❌Poor Car Physics- The cars feel unrealistic and floaty to drive, as they sometimes lack realism regarding the physics associated with them.
❌Limited Contents & Repetitive Gameplay- The open world is, of course, a good feature since this offers many player advantages, but then again, it can even be said that the game has boring race tracks, leaving repetition over time.
❌Microtransactions plus Ads- Many reviews state that many ads keep popping up, while some of the customization is only achieved through in-app purchases.
❌Buggy Performance and crashes- Some s reported the game as having frame drops, lagging, and crashing now and then.
Final Verdict
As it stands on its own, Underground Rivals 2 OpenWorld will try to provide that arcade-style street racing experience on your mobile device. Unfortunately, it doesn't really stand up to that execution. Open-world driving, customization, and drift mechanics should have sufficed, but poor controls, lack of polish, and monotonous gameplay ruin all hopes.
If you're looking for something casual and lightweight, with underground street racing feel, you might want to try this game out. On the downside, if you are looking for top-quality gameplay with better physics, you are better off playing other racing titles like CarX Drift Racing 2, Rebel Racing, or Asphalt 9.
