Having completed the main story and both expansions (Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine), I can confidently say that this game is a masterpiece that honors the source material while expanding its world in extraordinary ways. Honestly, you won't regret it. I can't express how much I appreciate the work that went into this world. This is one of those games that will go down as one of the greatest. Best open world fantasy game for an escape from reality straight into a masterclass world shaped by the lore of the Witcher series.
