Roller Drama

We are looking at a well-polished game and I know there aren't that many roller derby games besides the one I know called Rollerdome But this one takes a visual novel and strategic mechanics into it, which makes it interesting. The game we are looking at today is called Roller Drama. Summary: Lead a team of Roller Derby athletes using strategy and real-time controls: sport action on skates and an interactive story, grappling with friendship and heartbreak!

I really enjoyed this part where it goes down to mini-games. It gives off additional thrill and fun to continue playing when you reach the point where it gets a little boring. I love the game quality and the music made me play this far.

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it if you want to experience a unique take on roller derby, but skip it if you’re hoping for a mechanically sound sports experience. I’ve personally never played a game of roller derby. So of course, I wanted to take my shot at managing an all-female team of angsty athletes. Roller Drama is part-visual novel and part-real-time strategy. Seeing as most sports games don’t have the strongest narrative. It’s quite an ambitious undertaking. Although that narrative pulled me in, the confusing and clunky game mechanics took me out of the experience.

Seeing some games that still put a lot of effort into graphic quality really gives me a positive rate~ It gives room for players like me to appreciate and play the game until it ends. The mystery brought by this game excites me more!

I love the suspense and quality of the game. It really drew my interest and every penny bought for it is totally worth it!

Roller Drama is both a narrative and a strategic real-time sports game about five girls playing Roller Derby in an oppressive and surveillance-based society. In Roller Drama you are the mentor and coach by the name of Joan, and There are five women on this team: Portia, Anne, Lily, Cordelia and Juliet — each of whom have their own personalities and goals when it comes to life on and off the rink(the standard in-game team of one jammer and four blockers).
