I don’t particularly like playing Sqroma. I mean, I don’t hate it and I’m not saying people shouldn’t play it, but it’s not a game I’d personally relish for hours and hours. After playing multiple puzzle games these past few weeks, Sqroma falls pretty short of what I’d expect in one and didn’t keep me entertained long enough to complete the game. Sqroma is a colorful puzzle game where I needed to progress through different levels and figure out how to escape each one. There’s only one objective: reach the exit alive. Getting there, though, well that’s the challenging part. Each puzzling level differs uniquely and becomes more difficult to crack farther into the game. I needed to figure out how to get from the starting point as a cube to the exit without getting hit by spikes and arrows. To do this, I had to find paint and coat myself with different colors so that I’d become immune to particular projectiles. For example, if I wanted to dodge red arrows, I needed to find red paint. The same goes for any other color.
